How do I choose between Light, Standard, and Plus?
Light (40 tx): Service businesses with few transactions, sole proprietors, consultants.

Standard (80 tx): Typical small business with regular revenue, a few suppliers, 2-3 bank accounts. Most popular.

Plus (150 tx): Retail, restaurants, contractors with materials, businesses with multiple accounts.

What counts as a "transaction"?
Bank deposits, check payments, credit card transactions, transfers, automatic debits. Typically: each line on your bank statement = 1 transaction.
What devices does Receipt Control™ work on?
Works in any browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) — on iPhone, Android, tablets, Mac, or PC. No app to download. On mobile, save the link to your home screen for quick access.
Is QuickBooks Online really included?
Yes. A QuickBooks Plus subscription is included in all monthly plans. If you already have a subscription, we work with it and adjust pricing accordingly.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days notice. We keep clients because the service works, not because of obligations.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
One-off month: No problem, no extra fees.
Consistent growth: We discuss moving up a tier.
Temporary spike: $75/block of 20 additional transactions.
Do you offer payroll?
Yes, as an add-on service. Managed by Rodney, a certified PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) and National Payroll Institute member, with full accounting oversight. Pricing based on employee count and pay frequency.
